The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of all goods by 82K Trading Pty Ltd.

Amendments or variations to these conditions are not binding unless confirmed in writing by our company.

Credit Account Trading Terms

Accounts must be paid in full within thirty( 30 ) days from the invoice of original purchase.

Finance Charges

Where an account is not settled within the 'Credit Account Trading Terms',then a finance charge of 2% per

month will be imposed on balances 60 days and over.

Arrears

Where the account is in arrears, exceeding a sixty ( 60 ) day period from the einvoice of original

purchase, for either product cost or finance charges,then COD settlement will apply to the account until

the arrears are paid in full.

Returns

Goods returned for credit will only be accepted if returned freight pre-paid and are received by us in new

condition within seven ( 7 ) days from the date invoiced.

Please quote the original invoice number and date for all returns, otherwise a handling fee will be applied.

Retention of Title

Without prejudice to our right as unpaid seller. Title of the goods supplied shall not pass to the purchaser

until the purchase price thereof and all other amounts owing in respect of the goods have been paid in full.

The goods shall once risk has passed to the purchaser be and remain at the purchasers' risk at all times,

unless and until we have retaken possession of the goods and the purchaser shall insure the goods accordingly.

Damage in Transit

All risk for loss or damage to goods in transit to you is to your account.

Privacy

The detail provided on this application are for the purpose of establishing a credit account with 82K

Trading Pty Ltd. I/We hereby authorize 82K Trading Pty Ltd to collect any relevant

information that may be required to establish such credit facility with the understanding that unless

required by law, such information will not be passed to any other organization without my/our approval.

I/We hereby agree to maintain My/Our account in accordance with your credit account trading terms of:

Payment within thirty ( 30 ) days of issue of invoice of original purchase;

I/We accept your terms and condirions as outlined above.

Restriction of Sales Price
1:Shop retail -> Catalogue price or Your convenient price.
2:Internet shop retail -> Always catalogue price but except short terms event discount.
(Fore example -> X'mas Sale / Summer Sale / First anniversary etc...)
